What a summer! This sure was one to remember.
This summer was such a gift. I had the joy of spending precious time in Canada with family and friends, and it filled my heart in ways I can’t quite put into words. Some of my favorite moments were with my nephews—the laughter, adventures, and little everyday memories we shared will stay with me for a long time. Being surrounded by loved ones after a busy year was such a refreshing reminder of God’s goodness and the importance of rest and connection.
Now, I find myself back in Kenya, stepping into my sixth year of ministry here. I’m especially thankful for the opportunity to serve as the Elementary Learning Support Department Lead this year. It’s both humbling and exciting to walk alongside students, families, and colleagues in this role, and I’m looking forward to what God has in store for this new season.
As I reflect on the summer and prepare for the year ahead, my heart is full of gratitude—gratitude for family, for friendship, for ministry, and for the beautiful ways God weaves these pieces of life together.
Here’s to a new chapter, rooted in His faithfulness and hope. An August update is coming to you soon!
